Warranty and Returns

Standard Items
All items come with a 12 month manufacturing or service warranty from date of purchase, unless stipulated otherwise in the product information, or in the Terms and Conditions mentioned below.

The “Clearance” section
All items in the “Clearance” section come with a 3 month manufacturing warranty from date of purchase, unless stipulated otherwise in the product information.

Fashion Section
If you wish to return any item for an exchange, you can do so within 7 days upon receiving the item. The item should be completely UNUSED and with the original packaging along with any parts or accessories. We offer a one time replacement only. The replacement item/s will be dispatched after the original item/s are received.

International Returns
All international returns will be charged at a minimum of 20% of the product value irrespective of the condition of the product. Delivery and shipping charges are not refundable at the moment and are borne by the customer.

DOA and Faulty Goods
If you find that there is a manufacturing fault with the device then please contact us and mention the complete details of the fault. If the product is Dead On Arrival (DOA) within the first 8 Hours after receiving the delivery then we will come to collect the defective unit within 2 working days and arrange for a replacement where possible. Alternatively you can drop the product off at our service centre. In either case you will be asked for your original invoice and proof of ID. Replacements will only be given once the defective product has been checked and approved as a DOA item. If the product is outside of the DOA period then you will be asked to drop the product off at our service centre. We will take the appropriate action to either repair or replace the product depending on the nature of the problem.

Repair
For any product that is under warranty, we offer repair through our in house technical team,it will take no more than 15 days to get a product repaired based on the type of issue and information provided.

 

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. If the order is still not processed then it can still be canceled. If the order is already processed, we will make a reasonable effort to cancel the order and assist you in choosing the correct product.

If the order has already been dispatched, you can still cancel the order however a charge of 10-20% of the product value may be levied for processing fees. 
If the order has already been delivered, cancellation is not possible.

We will refund all amount paid to us by you, less any costs due under this contract. Delivery charges (if any) are non refundable. If any orders are cancelled and have been paid for using a credit card, then the refund process may take up to 25 days (subject to the bank’s policy). Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.

Although we endeavor to keep our website information and pricing up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If such an error is discovered after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you before processing your order and give you the option to either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.
